Please read through our policies as shipping issues have been arising due to COVID!

Shipping Orders

Any orders placed will get shipped out 2-3 days after they are purchased. You will receive an email confirming it's shipment & a tracking number. 

Before you make your purchase, please make sure your shipping address is correct! 

If you have not received your order after 14 days, please make a claim with the postal service. Once the product has left our office, it is out of our control.

 

Returns / Replacements / Refunds / Exchanges

We cannot provide refunds or replacements if the item gets lost in the mail. We also cannot do any exchanges / replacements unless there is a visible product manufacturing issue. 

Custom Orders

We do not do custom orders OR altar any current products for individual requests at this time.
